Early access / pilot inquiry notice

LeadSnapback is in an early pilot stage. This page explains how we handle information submitted through the early-access form on this website.

Information we collect

When you request early access, we may collect your name, business name, trade/category, email, phone number, city/service area, estimated missed calls per week, and notes about your current missed-call process.

How we use it

We use this information to review pilot fit, contact you about LeadSnapback, schedule a demo, and improve the product for home-service businesses.

What not to submit

Please do not submit real customer phone numbers, homeowner names, private job details, payment information, credentials, or sensitive business secrets through the early-access form.

Storage

Early-access submissions are stored on the LeadSnapback VPS in a restricted local database for review. We do not sell early-access submissions or use them as a public lead marketplace.

SMS and customer communications

LeadSnapback is intended for inbound missed-call and quote-request follow-up workflows. Businesses remain responsible for their own customer communication policies, consent practices, and any required messaging registrations.

Contact

If you submitted information and want it removed, contact the LeadSnapback operator through the same channel used to schedule your pilot/demo.
